• 各位可到 www.download.com download ICQ Plus

• 安裝後，打開於ICQ menu中的 "+ Plus"

• 按下ICQ Plus中的 "Import" 按鈕

• 選取已download的 zip ICQ Skin file

• 按"確定" 　

　

• Go to www.download.com to download ICQ Plus

• After install, open "+ Plus" in ICQ Menu

• Press "Import" button that in ICQ Plus

• Choose the zip ICQ Skin file that you have download

• Press "OK"
